Who do you sell to?
Building companies. FrameCore Kits supplies dealers, and dealers sell to the property owner. Buying a building for yourself? Design it on our 3D Design page and we will pass it to a FrameCore dealer near you.
Do I have to buy inventory?
No. You never stock kits. Each kit is engineered and shipped for the job you sold.
How do dealers earn?
A flat 11% commission on the total material kit cost of every sale you close. A $50,000 material kit earns you $5,500. No tiers and no caps.
Do I need steel building experience?
No. You need customers who need buildings. We train you on the portal and the ordering process.
Are there territories or minimums?
No territory restrictions and no minimum volume.
How do I apply?
Use the application form. We follow up directly.
Kits and Pricing
What is in a kit?
Red iron frame, roof and wall panels, trim, fasteners, framed openings, and engineered drawings with an anchor bolt plan. Foundation, permits, site work, doors and windows, and labor are not included.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Every kit depends on size, options, local loads, and freight to the site. Dealers price kits in the dealer portal.
Can buildings be customized?
Yes. Size, roof, openings, lean-tos, and other options are set in the quote. Some changes affect engineering, so settle them before ordering.
Are the drawings good for permits?
Yes. Kits come with engineered drawings stamped by a licensed engineer for the site's loads.
Orders and Delivery
How is freight handled?
Freight is quoted to the job site from the delivery ZIP code.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on engineering, fabrication, and shipping. We confirm it with each order.
Do you install buildings?
No. We supply the kit. Dealers or their crews erect it, or the customer hires an erector.
Can my customers finance?
Yes. Customers can apply for financing through a third-party lender. Payment terms for dealer orders are covered when you sign on.
